We really want
you to stretch
your imagination,
but there are
a few restrictions
which are required
by law. You
are not allowed
to write anything
which contravenes
any law, including
but not limited
to:

references
to children
- the
promotion
of hatred
or bigotry
- using
someone else's
material as
your own (ie.
copyright)
- unintelligible
language/gibberish
- bestiality
Some people use
services like
ours to promote
spam or commercial
enterprises. To
prevent this,
you may not include

or any other
coding language

addresses
or web site
URLs
- personal
contact information
including
telephones
numbers or
addresses
All profiles are subject to review.
You will be notified by email if your profile is rejected
or requires modification. Please note that your profile may
be deleted without warning or notice if you violate these

How do I edit my profile?
From the Member Home Page, click on "My profile"
on the top Navigation Bar. This will bring up your profile,
then you can choose to edit, view, upload photos or videos.
Can I delete a profile?
Yes. From the Member Home Page, click on "My profile"
on the top Navigation Bar. This will bring up your profile,
then you can choose delete a profile.
How do I hide/show my profile?
From the Member Home Page, on the top Navigation Bar click on "My Profile" then click on "Disable Profile" choose "Toggle your online
status" then "Save Settings". This will hide/show
your profile. This gold members only feature is useful if you are unable to
regularly check your mail or want to go away from the system
for a while.
Can I
use HTML in my
profile?
No. HTML or other
code in a profile
is the most common
way for unscrupulous
businesses to
spread spam in
a service like
this. For the
same reason, we
cannot permit
email addresses
in profiles.
Can I
see my profile
the way others
see it?
Sure. From the Member Home Page, click on "View Profile"
on the top Navigation Bar and you'll see your Profile exactly as other members do. If
you want to change your profile, click on Update Profile

What are the photo/video/Voice guidelines/restrictions?
Pictures must include a person. No pornography is allowed.
All pictures are pending upon approval. Any picture that is
not suitable will be immediately deleted.
For both photos
and videos you
may not upload
images which contain:
- pictures
of bestiality
- pictures
containing
email addresses
/ personal
contact information
- celebrities
or other publicly
known figures
not yourself
- depictions
of torture,
abuse, violence
or weapons
- images
of cartoons
or anime
- copyright
artwork or
images including
but not limited
to logos and
trademarks
- anything
which mentions
or promotes
bigotry, racial
hatred or
intolerance
No video may contain any spoken
portions which violate any of the above restrictions.
How many Photos can I upload?
Gold members can upload up to 6 Photos. Silver members
only 1 Photo.
How do I upload/delete a photo?
From the Member Home Page, click on "My Profile"
on the top Navigation Bar, then click on "Photos" and follow the instructions on that page.
How do I upload/delete a video or voice clip?
From the Member Home Page, click on "My Profile"
on the top Navigation Bar, then click on "Video" or "Voice". There you can choose to upload/delete video or voice clip.
Video and voice upload is only for Gold members.
Password protect your Photo
You can protect your photo and have it only visible to those you choose. From the Member Home Page, click on "My Profile" on the top Navigation Bar, then click on "Photo", then "Protected Photo".
Check off "Password protect your photo", enter any password, then click "save changes". Your photo will not appear. Provide the password to selected members to view privately.
To have the photos public check off "Password protect your photo" and click save.
Can I receive/send mail even if I'm
not a paying member?
Only paying members can receive/send email. However, the Site's owner may decide to allow Silver members to receive/send a number of free contacts at sign up.
How many emails can I send and
receive?
Gold members send or receive unlimited emails and it is determined by the Site's owner how many free contacts Sliver members get
How do I block/unblock a user from sending me mail?
You can block a user from the "Mail" page,
by clicking on the "Block this user" link.
To unblock the user, click on "block" on the top Navigation
Bar, with the mouse highlight the user you want to
unblock and click the unblock link.
Do you delete unread mail?
No
Can I retrieve deleted emails?
No, sorry. Once they've been deleted you are unable to get
them back. So make sure to keep up with your mail.
How do I change my AutoMatch
email notification settings?
From the Member Home Page, on the top Navigation Bar, click on "My Profile", then click on "Edit Profile". Scroll down to the bottom. If you check the box "Send me email notification" and click "Save Changes",
this will send you email notifications whenever there are users that match your criteria.
If you uncheck the box and click "Save Changes", you will not receive email notifications.
My email isn't working.
Here are the most common solutions to email issues:

Close all browser windows then reenter site

our service. Many unscrupulous individuals will try to use
a service like this to send spam. While we do monitor and
try to catch all spam, we need your help.
If you encounter what you consider to be spam, please contact
our Customer Service Department using the Customer Contact
Form after you login. We'll look into the problem immediately and delete the user.
How do I report offensive emails and profiles?
If you are offended by something sent to you by a
member, we suggest you stop the conversation immediately
and go to our Customer Service Page. If possible,
make a copy of the offending material and include
it in your message to us on the Customer Contact Form.
If you are offended by a profile, please check our
Profile Guidelines and Restrictions (see above). If
you believe the material violates our guidelines,
please forward the Screen name of the profile or the
Headline, via our Customer Contact Form. We will immediately
check the offending material and remove it as required.
How do Virtual Gifts work?
A great way to break the ice! All users can send unlimited amount of Virtual Gifts to other members. When you accept a gift, it will appear on your profile for others to see and know who sent it. You can learn about someone from the gifts they send.
Gold members can also attach a short text message along with the gift.
How do I know when I receive a gift?
You will receive an email to notify you a gift is waiting. When you login
you will see a number next to "Gifts" indicating how
many gifts you have received. Click on the number to
see the gifts and who sent them. You can then accept
or decline.
Can I edit or delete received gifts?
You sure can. To that click "My Profile" on the top navigation bar, then click "Edit Gifts"
How do I add an event?
Click "Events" on the top navigation bar, then click "Post" to post an event. This feature is only available for Gold members only, however, all members can view all events.
All events must be approved by the Site's admin.
What are top matches?
When you login you may find up to 6 matches on top of the page throughout the site. You will find a photo (if available), user name and age. Those matches are people in your city. You can click on the user name to check out the profile and then contact.
What is AutoMatch?
AutoMatch lets you "build" your ideal mate using
some of the choices on our attributes list. When you save
those qualities, we will search our entire database and
notify you about people who closely match your choices.

How does the Affiliate work?
Very quickly you can fill out the Affiliate form with your friends' email addresses, your friends will get an automatic email to join the site for free.
When they join, complete the entire registration process including uploading a valid photo, and login for the first time, then you will gain free contacts for each referral that joins and your friends will gain free contacts for becoming members.
If you are already a member,
login and click on "Affiliate" and follow the instructions, if you are not already a member, you can
join free now.
How do I do an Advanced Search and can anyone use it?
If you are a Silver or Gold member and would like to be more explicit in your tastes and
choices, try an Advanced Search. There are many more search
criteria which, while narrowing your choices, will make
those choices almost exactly what you're looking for! Click
"Search" on the top navigation bar.
What is Ask Alice and can anyone use it?
Advice Questions and Answers for up to 10 different categories.
All members can browse the Questions and Answers and Gold Members
can list questions in whichever category they choose and Alice will respond.
What is "views"?
The number next to it indicates how many people have
viewed your profile. Click on the number to see who
viewed you.
What is "added me"?
The number next to it indicates how many people have added you to their hotlist. Click on the number to see who
have added you.
What is "number of profile views"?
This indicates how many people have viewed your profile so far.

Charges appear with the name of the credit card processing company we use, so at the time of your subscription please take a note of that.

Will I still have access once

Yes, once a subscription has been cancelled, you will continue
to have your membership level access until your subscription
